The maison collects your name, email address, contact number and delivery address when you register, place an order or commission a bespoke piece. Payment details are handled directly by the payment provider and are not stored by the maison.

Your data is used to process orders, respond through the concierge, provide care and restoration services, and — only where you have consented — to send news from the maison.

Data is retained until you close your account, or for the period required by applicable law.
