Domestic shipping
Complimentary standard shipping within Korea. Orders placed before 3pm on a weekday are dispatched the next day.

International shipping
The maison ships to Japan, the United States and major European countries. International orders are subject to a shipping fee calculated at checkout; duties and import VAT are paid separately at the destination under local rules.

Exchange
Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Return
Returns may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Bespoke and personalised pieces are not eligible for exchange or return.
