The return process

Request a return
Within 7 days of receiving the piece, let client service know you wish to return it.

Collection
The maison's delivery partner calls at the agreed time and collects the piece.
N° 03
Inspection
The condition of the piece is examined with care at the maison boutique (2–3 business days).
N° 04
Refund or exchange
A refund is issued to the original payment method, or the piece is exchanged for another of your choosing.
Not eligible for exchange or return
- A bespoke piece, or one bearing a monogram
- A piece showing signs of use
- Original packaging, dust bag or certificate missing
- More than 7 days since the date of receipt
